All students take the core subjects:
English, French, Gaeilge, Mathematics,
Physical Education, Religious Education, RSE and Career Guidance.
Students may choose four subjects from the following list of nine subjects:
Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Geography, History, Home Economics, Music, Physics.
Students are given a free choice each year and choose their subjects in order of priority. The subjects are grouped so that as many students as possible may study the subjects of their choice.

Form 6:
Group 1 Art / Geography
Group 2 Biology / Music
Group 3 Chemistry / Business
Group 4 History / Physics
Form 5:
Group 1 Art / History / Chemistry
Group 2 Biology / Home Economics
Group 3 Geography / Music
Group 4 Business / Geograpgy / Physics
