Parents and visitors may telephone the school office at any time to leave a message or arrange an appointment. During term-time,the office is open daily from 8.30am to 4.00pm except on Wednesday when it's opening hours are 8.30am to 1.15pm. The school secretaries, Avril Watchorn and Heather Farrell will be happy to assist with any enquiries.

Outside school hours the answering machine is switched on so messages may be left and will be dealt with as soon as possible. Alternatively please send us an email.
During July the school office is closed. Messages left will be dealt with by the Principal or Deputy Principal during August.

Contacting Form Teachers or Class Teachers

Official contact with parents is maintained through annual parent / teacher meetings and by means of a formal report twice a year.
Daily communication between home and school is maintained using the official School Journal that is supplied to every pupil at the start of the academic year.
Should they have any concerns about their child, parents are welcome to make an appointment through the school office to meet with the Deputy Principal or any teacher.
Form teachers may also telephone parents where they have concerns regarding their child.
